1. SAL Training Content
Training curriculum options:
- A 2-day in person training program that includes all six modules.
- A four or six module virtual program recommended for delivery as one module per month.
- A half-day workshop for learning tied to the SAL self-assessment.
Each module in a SAL program include:
- A core model that links back the validated SAL leadership behaviors.
- A design document per module that outlines focus/flow for facilitators.
- A ~15-minute video for the facilitator to preview as they prepare.
- Two PowerPoint files: (1) primer video and (2) the main module.
- A ~15-minute video for the learner to review as part of the prework.
- A pre-communications to frame the learning, the video, and the reading assignment.
- A post-communications to highlight the learnings, the prep for coaching circles, and the manager discussion.
All content is customizable and can be rebranded so long as (c) The Self-Aware Leader is appropriately sourced.

2. SAL Public Programs
- Four 2-hour virtual training modules.

3. Private Cohort Programs
Leverage the SAL Training Curriculum for an in-house private training program for a cohort of middle managers using SAL experts to deliver. Customize the content, use executives from your organization as adjunct faculty, and/or add action learning projects with or without coaching to drive the immediate application of learning to the business.
