The SAL Training Program is tested and proven to grow the mindset and skills of middle managers to be more self-aware and drive more successful reinventions. Highlights include:

  1. SAL Training Content includes virtual and in-person programs which you can customize and rebrand. Content licenses give the individual certified permission to deliver SAL Training Programs to their audiences.
  2. SAL Public Programs are offered as a 4-month virtual program starting each February and September for a cohort of middle managers from various organizations.
  3. SAL Private Cohort Programs are custom, in-house development experiences that include innovative options such as executive adjunct faculty and/or action learning projects.
