The SAL Training Program is tested and proven to grow the mindset and skills of middle managers to be more self-aware and drive more successful reinventions. Highlights include:
- SAL Training Content includes virtual and in-person programs which you can customize and rebrand. Content licenses give the individual certified permission to deliver SAL Training Programs to their audiences.
- SAL Public Programs are offered as a 4-month virtual program starting each February and September for a cohort of middle managers from various organizations.
- SAL Private Cohort Programs are custom, in-house development experiences that include innovative options such as executive adjunct faculty and/or action learning projects.

Training curriculum options:
- A 2-day in person training program that includes all six modules.
- A four or six module virtual program recommended for delivery as one module per month.
- A half-day workshop for learning tied to the SAL self-assessment.
Each module in a SAL program include:
- A core model that links back the validated SAL leadership behaviors.
- A design document, PowerPoint file, primer video, and pre/post communications templates per module.
- All content is customizable and can be rebranded so long as (c) The Self-Aware Leader is appropriately sourced.
2. SAL Public Programs
- Four 2-hour virtual training modules plus four 60-minute small group coaching sessions (one week after each module).
- An online SAL self-assessment and/or 360-Assessment plus the report/development plan.
- Two 30-minute 1×1 coaching meetings with a SAL expert.
- One copy of The Self-Aware Leader book.
- Pre communications one week before each module with a ~15-minute primer video and post communication two days after training with a focus on preparing for group coaching meetings and a 1×1 manager discussion.
3. Private Cohort Programs
Leverage SAL Training for an in-house private training program for a cohort of middle managers using SAL experts to deliver. Customize the content, use executives from your organization as adjunct faculty, and/or add action learning projects with or without coaching to drive the immediate application of learning to the business.
