The SAL Training Program is both tested and proven to grow the mindset and skills of middle managers to be more self-aware and drive more successful reinventions. The training programs are available for corporate employees, consultants, and/or individual leaders.
- SAL Training Content includes virtual and in-person programs which you can customize and rebrand. Content licenses give the individual certified permission to deliver SAL Training Programs to their audiences.
- SAL Public Programs are offered as a 4-month virtual program starting each February and September for a cohort of ~20 middle managers from various organizations.
- SAL Private Cohort Programs are custom, in-house development experiences that include innovative options such as executive adjunct faculty and/or action learning projects.

- Interactive leadership development exercises that shape mindset and behaviors.

- Coaching circles are used in each delivery exercise to help learners focus on the application of key elements.

Training curriculum options:
- A 2-day in person training program that includes all six modules.
- A four or six module virtual program recommended for delivery as one module per month.
- A half-day workshop for learning tied to the SAL self-assessment.
Each module in a SAL program include:
- A core model that links back the validated SAL leadership behaviors.
- A design document per module that outlines focus/flow for facilitators.
- A ~15-minute video for the facilitator to preview as they prepare.
- Two PowerPoint files: (1) primer video and (2) the main module.
- A ~15-minute video for the learner to review as part of the prework.
- A pre-communications to frame the learning, the video, and the reading assignment.
- A post-communications to highlight the learnings, the prep for coaching circles, and the manager discussion.
