The SAL Certification Program is a transformational, first-year-only experience designed to equip you with the confidence and tools to both deliver and market the SAL Training framework.
This certification includes full access to the SAL Development Program, allowing you to experience the training firsthand just as your future participants will.
What’s Included:

One seat in the SAL Virtual Certification Program, which includes full participation in the SAL Virtual Development Program

Two 90-minute group sessions held at the beginning and end of the program (spaced around the 2-day experience)

Two 1:1 coaching sessions (45 minutes each) with program creator Dan Gallagher, scheduled at your convenience

A coaching circle experience with a small group to deepen understanding and support practical application
