The SAL Training Program is both tested and proven to grow the mindset and skills of middle managers to be more self-aware and drive more successful reinventions. The training programs are available for corporate employees, consultants, and/or individual leaders.
Description
The SAL Certification is a first year only experience that sets you up for success with both marketing and delivering the SAL products.
- One seat in the SAL Virtual Certification Program which includes a seat in the SAL Virtual Development Program to experience the training firsthand.
- Two 90-minute group modules at the beginning and end of the SAL program.
- Two 45-minute 1×1 meetings with Dan Gallagher to be scheduled as requested by the individual being certified.
The program includes a “coaching circle” with a smaller group follows each main module to help the participants apply what they are learning.
- Mondays from 1-2 p.m. ET: February 24, March 24, April 28, May 19
