Access SAL experts to deliver or co-deliver keynotes with you in a way that creates memorable and impactful learning experiences.
An individual content license and certification allows individuals to use SAL content anywhere so long as they are the only individual delivering the content.
The enterprise license creates open access to all employees of the company to use SAL content for delivery internally to employees.

The content license includes three SAL keynotes.

Each keynote product includes:
- A Canva brochure 2-page keynote promo piece
- A 100 word keynote description
- Four learning objectives,
- Pre and post communications,
- The PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes
- A video for speakers highlighting best practices for delivery
All keynotes can be customized (the flow and the slides but not the models) as well as rebranded with your brand so long as you source SAL content via © The Self-Aware Leader.
Certification
Get certified to deliver SAL training at any organization. Applicants will first attend a discovery interview and those who are accepted into the program will receive:
- Certification program options: 2-day virtual, Cohort Program plus 4-hour virtual, or custom
- Listed profile on SAL website
- Self-Assessment & 360 Assessment
- Quarterly Leadership Development Workshops
- Semi-Annual Individual Coaching
Three ways to be certified:
Option 1: Public Cohort + Certification –> 4-month virtual program plus 2- module certification (Sept./Feb)
Option 2: Public Certification –> 2-day virtual programs (Jan./Jun.)
Option 3: Private Certification –> Custom certification

Can anyone buy a SAL Content License?
Anyone can inquire: corporate employees, nonprofit employees, and consultants. Interested candidates are interviewed and then invited to become certified.
Can the SAL content be modified?
Yes. You can modify, customize, rebrand content; you cannot edit core SAL models. All use of the content and models must clearly reference © The Self-Aware Leader.
How does pricing work?
Certification is $4,000 which satisfies first year dues. Some product pricing is separate. Consultants buy wholesale, corporate retail. All pricing is transparent.
Is there a certification?
Yes. There are three ways you can be certified: (1) attend a public SAL cohort, (2) attend a standard certification, or (3) host a private certification.
Is the certification tied to the employee or employer?
The certification is linked to the individual. Continue to pay the annual fee, and the certification follows you wherever you go even if your employer funded it originally.
Does SAL market their products + thought leadership?
Yes. SAL markets our products and community via a new SAL website and LinkedIn company page. Anyone can amplify SAL marketing or use/customize marketing as their own. SAL does not sell for consultants.
