Dan Gallagher

Founder/Author, The Self-Aware Leader

Dan Gallagher works at the intersection of talent and transformation to scale businesses and grow leaders. He guides leaders on journeys to better operate as one team via stronger collaboration and full activation of middle management teams.

Dan now works as Founder and CEO of Gallagher Leadership with clients and partners of all sizes/industries. Dan published The Self-Aware Leader (ATD Press, 2012) and launched SAL products in 2024.

Prior to this, Dan worked for two decades Comcast in both talent and operations roles. Dan also led a small management consulting practice where the team tripled revenue in two years. Dan has served as a trustee at his alma mater, Saint Joseph’s University, where he also was The Hawk mascot as a student.

Dan and his wife have four sons and live in the Philadelphia suburbs.
