Self-Assessment

The self-assessment asks leaders to stack rank the six behaviors within each of the four pillars (24 total) to create awareness on what behaviors are prioritized by the leader and identify any opportunities to pivot focus. This tool is intended to be for developmental purposes only. 

The online self-assessment includes a 20-page development plan filled with practical ways to grow each behavior. The price of the self-assessment is $45 per person. Group reports as well as bulk discounts are available. 

 

360 Assessment

The 360-assessment allows for leaders to participate in a multi-rater feedback experience that includes responses from self, bosses, direct reports, peers, and others. It expands on the 24 core behaviors in the self-assessment with two additional sections of questions around outcomes and adds three open ended questions for verbatum comments. This tool is intended to be for developmental purposes only.
