The foundation of strong leadership development is profound content. The SAL Training Program is both tested and proven to grow the mindset and skills of middle managers to be more self-aware and drive more successful reinventions. The training programs are available for corporate employees, consultants, and/or individual leaders

  1. SAL Training Content includes virtual and in-person programs which you can customize and rebrand. Content licenses give the individual certified permission to deliver SAL Training Programs to their audiences.
  2. SAL Public Programs are offered as a 4-month virtual program starting each February and September for a cohort of ~20 middle managers from various organizations.
  3. SAL Private Cohort Programs are custom, in-house development experiences that include innovative options such as executive adjunct faculty and/or action learning projects.

Training products include:

  • Interactive leadership development exercises that shape mindset and behaviors.
  • Direct references to The Self-Aware Leader book including reading assignments and small group exercises.
  • Coaching circles are used in each delivery exercise to help learners focus on the application of key elements.
  • Pre/post communications target messaging to participants and their managers to rally full support on the application. 
  • The SAL Self-Assessment gives learners access to a stack ranking exercise plus a comprehensive development plan.
