This solution is intended for adding proven content from The Self-Aware Leader into your company’s leadership development strategy. This allows corporate teams to create a customized approach to using SAL for various internal needs (training, coaching, internal consulting, etc.).
A six-month coaching experience that can be paced as (12) one-hour meetings or (24) 30-minute meetings.
Opportunity to focus on leadership, performance, onboarding, strategy, career development, and/or other areas.
Option to use the SAL self-assessment, SAL 360, SAL Team Report and/or other development tools
Two sets of eight 30-minute discovery interviews with key stakeholders
Discovery interviews:
Discovery interviews are 30-minute one-on-one interviews between the coach and individuals that work directly with the leader being coached. Using a set of standard qualitative and quantitative questions, the coach can listen and learn how each stakeholder responds to the same set of questions. All responses are confidential as the role of the coach is to aggregate the data in a way that is both meaningful to the person being coaches but also not identifiable in terms of who said what.
Option to extend for an additional six months
